In Dallas, shops are busiest on Monday mornings and before holiday weekends, so a mid-week appointment gets a car seen faster. Labor rates across Texas vary by neighborhood and by shop type, from small independents to dealership service bays, and mobile mechanics now cover many routine jobs in the driveway. Before authorizing a repair, ask for the estimate in writing, whether the shop warranties parts and labor (12 months / 12,000 miles is common, some offer more), and whether it can provide a loaner or a shuttle. Check the listing for hours, the makes the shop works on and its Google rating, then call ahead, since walk-in capacity is limited at smaller shops.

The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. Typical hours are 8 am–6 pm. It is closed on Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. You can reach Ace Auto Care at (214) 349-0950; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. More information is available on its website, aceautocaredallas.com.

Customers rate it 4.3 out of 5 on Google across 464 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded auto repair shops in Dallas.

Dallas is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Dallas follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I should've learned my lesson three years ago when one of the main guys, not Ben but the taller, slim guy diagnosed my car with a "transmission defect" & advised it would be about $3,000 to fix. My cousin has a Car Diagnostic Computer/ scanner and the DTCs revealed something totally different than a "transmission defect." My cousin replaced the sensor that I bought at the Auto Zone for about $100 bucks, and ever since my car keeps running three years later Ace Auto Care diagnosed it to be a transmission defect. Therefore, I stopped going back for oil change due to not trusting them anymore after they wrongfully diagnosed my car and almost paid $3,000 (what a joke). It was in 2025 that I started going back to this shop for Oil Change (which is not something I do everyday and cars are totally out of my area) therefore, I rely on the sticker they place on the left hand-side of the window and always used to pay only $35.00 I refer to my statements and it still reflect I paid $35.00 for an oil change in March 12, 2026 for the exact same oil. I went back on July 11, 2026 for an oil change. The exact same guy who diagnosed my car with a transmission defect charged me $65.00 for the exact

After they changed my oil and oil filter, the oil pressure warning light came on. The oil level was correct, and there were no leaks, but this is a very serious issue. I went to another shop to have the oil changed again, and the warning never came back. I do not recommend this place.

Bashir & his team were nothing short of honest & professional. A well known Mercedes dealership quoted over $4k for the same work. All issues fixed same day, great prices & we'll definitely be back.

I have been taking 4 different cars to this shop in the past 18 months. I've had done different jobs varying from debugging, through regular maintenance to repairs such as valve cover gasket, motor mounts, rear main seal, and brakes. Prices have been fair. They provide you a breakdown on what is recommended and call you to confirm what you decide to do. I am happy with their service, and will recommend highly!
